Virginia Court Services was established in Roanoke, VA in 1994 with the goal of providing comprehensive Service of Process and Private Investigation services to Roanoke, Northern VA & Richmond’s legal community. We quickly gained a reputation for being thorough, effective, reliable, and timely, and while we remain locally owned and operated, we have expanded our geographic reach to serve clients around the country. Our Clients include the largest law firms in the Roanoke, VA area and other major cities, Fortune 500 companies, and Federal Government departments and agencies. Including Local County & City Dept of Social Services, USAO Roanoke. We are , insured, and licensed by the DCJS 11-5936 and are a member of the Virginia Private Investigators Association & Appointed Special Process Servers by Federal Court Order 1994.

Elizabeth Spar serves as the Staff Scheduler and Operations Coordinator for Virginia Court Services, where she oversees daily route scheduling, courier assignments, and supervises the company’s data entry team.
